If romp. Pro isn't right for you, we'll make it right. Here's how our refund policy works.
1. Free trial
Your 7-day free trial will never be charged if you cancel before it ends. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
2. 14-day refund window
romp. Pro is billed monthly ($4.99) or annually ($39.99) by Stripe. If you're charged for a romp. Pro subscription and decide it's not for you within 14 days, we'll refund the full amount.
Email hello@roostcreativecoop.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line and we'll process it within 2 business days.
3. After 14 days
We don't offer refunds for charges older than 14 days or for partial billing periods. If you cancel after the 14-day window, your romp. Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
4. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscribers who request a refund within 14 days of any renewal charge receive a full refund for that charge. Refunds are not available for charges older than 14 days.
5. Something went wrong?
If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue, contact us regardless of the 14-day window. We'll review every case individually and make it right.
All payments are processed by Stripe.com Market Ltd. on our behalf.
